We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help organize the Arab American Heritage Festival on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Howe Park, 2201 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95825

This is a volunteer opportunity for up to 4 hours/week over the next 15 weeks and on event day. Volunteers will receive mileage reimbursement, stipends, and recognition.

Choose to lead or join one of our committees:

  • Publicity: Marketing, social media, outreach.

  • Content: Sponsorships, materials, and letters.

  • Design: Artwork and cultural visuals.

  • Sponsors & Vendors: Outreach, permits, and logistics.

  • Entertainment: Performer coordination.

  • Venue Planning: Floor plans and logistics.

  • Event Planning: Decorations and setup.

  • Volunteers: Recruitment and management.

  • Project Manager: Oversee planning and execution.

نبحث عن أفراد شغوفين للمساعدة في تنظيم مهرجان التراث العربي الأمريكي الذي سيقام يوم الأحد، ٢٧ أبريل 2025.

إذا كنت تبحث عن فرصة ممتعة ومؤثرة، يمكنك التطوع لبضع ساعات أسبوعيًا (حتى 4 ساعات) على مدى الأسابيع الـ 15 القادمة، بالإضافة إلى يوم الفعالية. المتطوعون سيحصلون على تعويض عن تكاليف التنقل، مكافآت رمزية، وتقدير لجهودهم.

نحتاج لأشخاص مبدعين وملتزمين للانضمام إلينا في المجالات التالية:

  • الدعاية: إذا كنت شغوفًا بالتسويق ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.المحتوى: كتابة الرسائل والتواصل مع الرعاة.

  • التصميم: لإضافة لمسات فنية وثقافية مميزة.

  • الرعاة والبائعون: التنسيق مع الشركات والبائعين.

  • الترفيه: تنظيم العروض الفنية.

  • تنظيم المكان: العمل على تخطيط المكان وترتيب اللوجستيات.

  • تنظيم الفعالية: ترتيب الديكورات والتجهيزات.

  • إدارة المتطوعين: جذب المتطوعين والإشراف عليهم.

  • إدارة المشاريع: إذا كنت تحب الإشراف على كل التفاصيل من البداية إلى النهاية فهذه فرصتك!​

Booth Selection

Important Information:​

​

  1. Submit a $50 deposit with your application to reserve your spot. The deposit goes towards the booth fee, and is refundable if not approved.

  2. Once applications have been received, we will review all applications and spaces. We will notify all accepted vendors the first week of April.

  3. Selected food vendors will be emailed a Temporary Food Facility Operator’s Packet to complete before they are approved.

  4. You have the option to donate a Festival Prize Giveaway.

  5. Booth includes one 6 feet table and 2 chairs.

  6. The Festival shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to property of Vendor/ Sponsor or representative nor for any personal injury.
